To secure your booth for 2018 - Pre-pay registration will be accepted

An additional fee of $ 25.00 per booth will apply for payments received after May 1, 2018

Booth cost includes all three days: June 21, 22 & 23 - 2018. All booths have electricity. Additional lighting is suggested to enhance your booth area, please provide any needed extension cords. “Only blue painters tape can be used to tape cords on floor. Vendors are responsible to remove all tape and any tape residue.”

Otero County Fairgrounds is now charging rent for tables and chairs. The following is a list of their fees:

Table (6 foot banquet size) Cost: $10.00 per table

Metal Folding Chair Cost: $2.00 each

Vendor information for booths: 2018 Vendor Application

Vendor Set Up: June 21, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sales/preview, (students only) begins at 2:00-4:00 p.m.

Event hours: Friday, June 22, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Vendors must be open no later than 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. All vendors will remain open until closing on both days. No early tear down. Tear down begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

All trash will be removed from space prior to departure. Food and drinks are prohibited in the booth. The Food Court will be open on Friday and Saturday.
