To secure your booth for 2017 - Pre-pay registration will be accepted

An additional fee of $ 25.00 per booth will apply for payments received after May 1, 2017

Booth cost includes all three days: June 22, 23 & 24 - 2017.  All booths have electricity; each booth has one eight foot table and two chairs.  Additional lighting is suggested to enhance your booth area, please provide any needed extension cords.  “Only blue painters tape can be used to tape cords on floor. Vendors are responsible to remove all tape and any tape residue.”

Additional Information:

Vendor Set Up: June 22, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Sales/preview, (students only) begins at 2:00-4:00 p.m.

Event hours:    Fri. – June 23, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   Sat. – June 24, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Vendors must be open no later than 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.  All vendors will remain open until closing on both days. No early tear down.  Tear down begins promptly at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

One table and two chairs (folded on top of table) will be left in each booth.  All trash will be removed from space prior to departure.  Food and drinks are prohibited in the booth.  The Food Court will be open on Friday and Saturday.
