Road to Success with Silk

Instructor: Debbie Maddy

This is not an art quilt class but a guide to using silk in your quilts. The class will open the door for you to use all that wonderful silk fabric that you have been so afraid to cut. We will cover all aspects from what size needle to use, how to stop raveling, how to add textures etc.  The class project is a Table Art table runner or vertical wall quilt.

Silk kits with the pattern, 5 silk fat quarters & 2 yards of 60” wide interfacing will be available for purchase in class for $59.00.

Extra fusible interfacing, silk fat quarters, silk yardage for backs and binding, pins, needles and ribbons will be available to purchase in class.
